Returns & Exchanges

At LEWKIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
